Indian Hand Printing Blocks

My mom just came from India and she got me these wonderful hand printing blocks. She also got me some silk screen printing frames with Indian motifs as well. Thanks Mom !!! Block Printing is an ancient art and the effect of hand printing on fabric holds its own unique charm. I have started some projects and would have more posts soon as I make progress. I am working on these Indian style cushion covers with a Zari border. The effect of screen printing and the Zari is awesome! Here are some of my work in progress.
